Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your massager within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Because the massager touches your scalp, we cannot accept used items for hygiene reasons unless they are defective. A flat $7.99 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund for unused returns.

Damaged or defective?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund - you do not need to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email us at kneadcalmservice@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.
